Instructions:

1. In mixing bowl, combine eggs, applesauce and banana

2. Add flour , baking soda and cinnamon and mix until well combined.

4. bake for 45-50 minutes, you should be able to stick a knife in the cake and have it come out clean with no residue.

5. while cake is baking, set aside cream cheese so that it comes to room temp. once it is at room temp, whip in a mixer or stir by hand.

6. once cake is thoroughly baked and cooled, decorate with cream cheese and any toppings you’d like! some examples are:

Tips and tricks:

I like to use a turntable and an offset spatula to decorate my cakes. I also use piping bags with pastry tips for the edges and top. all of these can easily be found on amazon, but a spoon/ butter knife work just fine!

Make sure your cake is fully cooled! i recommend even sticking it in the fridge for a few minutes before decorating. This way the cream cheese doesnt melt. Also make sure that the cream cheese is room temp so that you can eaily whip and spread it.
